Valuation
Once we are contacted by you, we arrange a time for one of our experienced members of staff to visit you at the property in order to provide you with a realistic rental valuation. The rental valuation will depend upon a series of factors including your own expectations incorporating our knowledge of the local area.
Marketing
We currently have a large database of suitable tenants waiting and we tend to find this is sufficient enough to rent the majority of our properties. Further to this, the property is placed on the internet via the best property portal sites in addition to other affiliated sites, and of course our website.
Finding Tenants
Once we have found suitable tenants, and you have been informed together with an acceptable price, we begin the vetting procedure. Once we are happy, we shall discuss move in dates. Our referencing is second to none and we ensure everything is thorough in order to place them in your house.
Depending upon which service you decide to take from us, we can then discuss the other arrangements with you. We can also arrange Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performances Certificates for you should you require them, so you are covered with compliance.
