Property has been my passion since a very early age, from initially gaining experience in the day to day running of a residential estate agency to completing a degree in Building Surveying. Our agency has successfully grown with our family values of support, honesty and trust, alongside the satisfaction of seeing something through to the end is what drives me and our experienced staff to provide that extra personal touch.

I joined the company back in August 2011, as an apprentice administrator, and grew from strength to strength within the business to became the Operations Manager in April 2013. I currently oversee my own administration team, as well as working on growing the back office of the business. My daily routine consists of creating and signing off property details, progressing sales and speaking to various clients and other businesses.
As a property Sales Manager, I have been working for Innovate Estate Agents using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills. As well as finding new clients and advising them it is the right one for them, I help to control their sale to completion. I also work very closely with other Sales Consultants within our offices to ensure our clients are always satisfied. I pride myself on being the following;

I have been a Property Manager at Innovate for 5 years and have escalated the head PM. I have witnessed the growth of the lettings business, as well as our own portfolio. My role is to manage all repairs and accounts. We have a dedicated 24/7 contact line and I usually receive repairs via our user-friendly software and then liaise directly with landlords and our panel of approved contractors.
I joined Innovate, in September 2013 as a senior negotiator. Prior to this, I worked in the same field and am pleased to bring my expertise and experience to the market leader in the Sandwell area. The reason I joined Innovate was that it matched my ambition. My daily routine is essentially hectic however I thrive working in such an environment and I particularly enjoy the positive atmosphere among our team.
I am currently working in the administration team as an assistant whilst also studying for my business administration diploma. My duties generally are to ensure property particulars are to a very high standard. My job is particularly demanding, to keep in line with our companies market leading expertise.
I joined Innovate in February 2018 as a property Inspector. Prior to this, I was working in the training industry and working alongside many Estate Agents to support and guide staff through Apprenticeships. I work within the lettings team and the role requires me to book regular inspections to ensure all our managed properties are being adequately maintained. I liaise daily with tenants and landlords and also work alongside the maintenance team to ensure any issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner. I have been able to transfer many skills to the role such as diary management, communication skills, organisational skills, team work and using my own initiative. I have also been able to improve and build on these skills.
I enjoy the role as I find it varied and busy and I thrive within this type of environment. Every day can be different as I visit many properties and communicate with a variety of tenants. I’m learning a great deal about the property industry and look forward to expanding this knowledge and progressing within the role.
I joined the team in early 2018. Prior to this I had had many experiences of different roles which can all be tied together to help me do my best here at Innovate Estate Agents. I work closely with Sandy within Property Management, I enjoy the new issues and the challenges some of them present each day. Allowing me to build rapport between existing and new tenants and landlords, the property management team at Innovate is highly competent and experienced, and I gain the chance to learn daily as well as enjoying helping our tenants and landlords.
Before joining Innovate I worked for a local High Street Bank. With 18 years of banking experience I have learnt Customer Service is critical in which ever business you are in. The bank has given me a wealth of knowledge which I am able to transfer into day to day tasks here at Innovate Estate Agents. Since joining the group I have seen the business is growing and really values its customers.
As a Property Consultant/Valuer I will be the first point of contact and my role is to provide clients with a personalised service to help anyone looking to sell their property from houses, HMOs, commercials etc. I see a number of different styles of properties and reasons for sale, I can accommodate your request in order to help you sell easily.
I joined Innovate in August 2018, beginning my Business Administration Apprenticeship. Currently working within the sales team, I prepare property particulars as well as completing other office duties. I have learnt so much already since joining the company this year and hope to progress after completing my apprenticeship. I have rapidly built my confidence and thoroughly enjoy my day to day chores and liaising with clients.
Coming from a family background of property, I was somewhat familiar with the overall process of buying, selling, renting & development. One issue which triggered me was the services provided from the period of the late 90's moving into the new century. I felt estate agents never progressed into the new age of the digital era. Hence, why I felt the need to Innovate. Together with my fellow co-founder, we established a plan and with sheer determination we are now market leaders in the areas we cover.
We also have invested in property development in the local region and work closely with local authorities, in regards to the housing-crisis our region faces. I believe the experience of this puts us directly in the shoes of any vendor or landlord. We know what is required to run efficiently & effectively. We have relayed these work ethics into our team, who now have combined experience of over 60 years.
During the day-to-day running at Innovate, I partake in general management along with training members of staff to excel their own expectations. We pride ourselves on running a very efficient operation, and I'm a firm believer in three core principles, which we instil in our whole team; Progression, Organisation & Pro-activeness. After leaving university, I started my career in 2002 as the property market was booming and I didn't want to miss out. I ventured into Bairstow Eves estate agent as a franchisee, successfully progressing on to opening to a number of cold start branches in and around Sandwell. I also qualified and practiced as a mortgage advisor in early 2004.
Since deciding to go independent away from the restraints for franchising, we soared in the rental market due to the 2007 recession and impressively transformed and rebranded to the now well-known brand we know as Innovate Estate Agents.
Moving in to opportunities for development we opened doors to Innovate group development and construction, of which we successfully have our own investment fund which is managed and operated as Innovate.
Our business ethos is working hard with integrity and persistence to achieve the highest level of service for our clients. My general daily duties involve training staff and overlooking the sales operation of our offices.
