Tenant's Fee
As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing and administration, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit payable before the tenancy starts
Alongside:

| Referencing | £300.00 for the first adult and £50 for each additional adult | This is charged for each application for a tenancy |
| Guarantor Referencing | £100.00 / Guarantor | Only if a Guarantor is required and charged for each guarantor that is referenced. |
| Renewal / Extension agreement | £50 for 6 months agreement or £85 for 12 months agreement | One off charge for each renewal / extension. |
